Woven Health is a nonprofit primary care clinic with locations in Farmers Branch and Carrollton. With our new Direct Primary Care Program, we are also able to help any individual and/or business get quality, affordable, primary care. We build healthy lives, leading to healthier, happier communities. We envision a physically and mentally healthy community with access for everyone to integrated, comprehensive care.
