This curated four-course dining experience will feature wines from the Wagner family of Caymus Vineyards, including Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay and the iconic Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, thoughtfully paired with Butter-Basted™ Sea Bass, Lamb Chops, Wagyu Porterhouse, and additional chef-crafted selections.
Designed for guests who appreciate exceptional wine and elevated cuisine, this intimate experience is $109 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
