The Miss Texas Volunteer organization is a service-focused scholarship program that develops young women as leaders, volunteers, and role models in their communities. Centered on the principles of scholarship, education, responsibility, and service, it encourages participants to give back through meaningful community projects, public speaking, and consistent involvement with local nonprofits, schools, and civic groups.
