Brian Montgomery began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 10 with the single goal of wearing a tie to work. Using the values instilled in him by his parents, he created four core principles he has followed throughout his personal and professional life. Well on his way to building a multimillion dollar company, Brian’s road to success took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with stage four cancer when he was thirty-eight years old. The Nice Entrepreneur: How Leading from the Heart Can Make All the Difference is Brian’s inspirational message about achieving success in business and in life. Whether you are just starting out in your career, at a crossroads professionally or personally, or trying to reignite your passion, The Nice Entrepreneur is a story of hope that will guide you on your journey to success.
Brian Montgomery grew up in southern Mississippi where he learned at an early age about the value of leadership and the importance of extending compassion and respect to all people. Born in July, Brian embraces the characteristics of a Leo and has developed a leadership style that centers on people. From his love of lions (evident from his collection of more than fifty paintings and statues, including a giant rendering carved from a tree stump) to the passion he displays in business and in life, his main focus is to use his strength to serve the many deserving people around him and beyond. As an entrepreneur, his leadership style allowed him to build a multimillion-dollar business. Brian has faced many challenges along the way, including fighting late stage four cancer, and is most proud to call himself a cancer survivor. Today, Brian enjoys life with his wife and family while helping others strive for success, whatever that may be for them.
