NCPA/Hatton W. Sumners Distinguished Lecture Series Featuring Boston Police Commissioner during the Boston Marathon Bombing, Ed Davis. Commissioner Davis will share his story of events that day, responding to terrorist attacks, tracking down the offenders, and rebuilding community confidence. Davis will address homegrown terrorism and discuss where our country has gone awry that citizens feel compelled to commit terrorist attacks.
