Luke Legate helps organizations and individuals communicate about their issues effectively, conduct community education and build relationships for federal, state and local issues. Luke regularly travels to Washington, DC with fellow Texans to discuss issues that matter with members of Congress and helps to connect Texans with leadership offices, Senate, State House and state agencies. Luke advocates for the Texas energy sector as part of the Statewide Joint Association Education Initiative, whose participants include the Texas Oil and Gas Association, Texas Pipeline Association, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owner, South Texas Energy and Economic Roundtable, Texas Royalty Council, Permian Basin Petroleum Association and Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association.
