Dysautonomia Super Hero Awareness Walk and FUN DAY

The Dysautonomia Support Network (DSN) and The O'Shea Family are hosting a SUPERHERO 1-mile Awareness Walk & Family Fun Day at Trinity Christian Academy in Addison from 2-4pm on October 20th. PLEASE JOIN US! Register by September 30th to get a DSN Event TShirt. The registration fee is $30 and includes Kona Ice and Popcorn. Water will also be provided.
