Event Description:
The Dallas Bar Association Pro Bono Activities Committee and Texas Community Building with Attorney Resources (Texas C-BAR) are teaming up once again to provide a FREE small business legal clinic in the Dallas metro area.
Volunteer attorneys will be available for one-on-one consultation sessions to cover topics important to small businesses, such as entity formation, general liability, contracts, employment procedure, negotiation, patents and trademarks, and more.
Volunteer attorneys will offer legal advice in the individual consultation sessions only.  If a business owner is currently in litigation or needs extended legal services, the clinic will have resource referrals on hand - these consultations will not result in the volunteer attorneys providing extended legal services.

Located:  Belo Mansion - 2101 Ross Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75201.
Participants must arrive and sign in before 4:30p.m. to be seen by an attorney.
Date/Time Information:
Staff will be on hand in the lobby  to assist.  Business Owners should come prepared to discuss their legal questions and bring all relevant documents.
All participants wil be required to fill out a thorough intake questionnaire, the information is secure and will not be used by Texas C-BAR/LAMP for any other purpose.
