Field Day, May 19th

 

CYP will be supporting Wilson Elementary.  Wilson's Field Day is scheduled for Friday, May 19th from 8a - 12p.  Volunteers can come the full four hours or break into shifts (some come 8-10a and some come from 10-12p).  Field Day volunteers will support with manning stations, being runners for the staff, as well as other misc. tasks, as needed through the morning.  We are seeking 4-6 volunteers.  Should we get additional volunteers, we have three other Elementary campuses who will also be hosting Field Day events that same Friday.

 

Should anyone be interested and available, please ensure they send an email to Tammy Taylor (ttaylor@coppellisd.com) with their name and expression of interest.  As well, each volunteer will need to complete a background check via the following link no later than Friday, May 12th:  http://www.coppellisd.com/Page/22.
