Brian is an entrepreneur with a passion for inspiring, motivating and engaging employees to personal and professional growth. In 1999, Brian started his own medical equipment service company based on the philosophy that making the right decision and treating people with respect creates a win-win for everyone. His philosophy proved true as his company grew to $50 million in revenue, doing business in 27 states with more than 250 employees – in less than 13 years.
Brian understands the challenges of communication on a personal and corporate level – from closing deals in the board room to a casual conversation with an employee and from how communication can impact your culture to reading non-verbal communication cues during a sales presentation.
Since selling his former business three years ago, Brian has taken his passion for helping small businesses to a new venture and now serves as President of PrideGroupCo. PrideGroupCo helps companies grow by providing virtual executive assistants and small business consultations here in Coppell.
